L shape timbers made from 60mm x 100mm, curve is 60mm thick. External dimensions are:

Small 550mm x 550mm.

Medium 650mm x 650mm.

Large 750mm 750mm.

Extra Large 900mm x 900mm. 

Traditional full mortise and tenon joints with draw (offset holes), when tapered pegs are hit though the drill holes the frame pulls itself together tightly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Each joint has been put together and pre drilled so each joint needs to match up again to align everything. Assemble letter to matching letter, for instance A - A, B - B. etc. ***Make sure all letters are facing up towards you on the beams mortise and curve tenon as in the photos***   

When curve is installed inside the L shape and it is together, take a tapered oak peg supplied and knock through the corner tenon first, then the curve tenons after. knock through until the frame pulls together and peg feels to tight to go Amy further then cut peg either flush or leave a few centimetres proud.

Please be aware green oak or semi seasoned oak still contains some moisture and is better suited for areas with good airflow to prevent damp or mould.
