Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Tool Shoppers is committed towards making sure things are done right in the end.  If you find that your product is damaged, missing parts, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days via e-mail along with a description of the problem and, if possible, digital photo(s) of the product.  We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.

If it turns out that Tool Shoppers had made a mistake in processing your order, we will gladly be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and subsequent reshipping of the proper item(s). 

If the product is lost or damaged while in transit then we will reship the product once we have received confirmation from the carrier company.  Please allow 14 business days for the carrier company to process the claim.

Customers MUST contact us within 7 days of the package arriving to file for a claim of damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped items.  No claims will be accepted after 7 days have passed.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return via email. The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
