In this early shot you see Jabbar standing next to Gail Goodrich of the Lakers  and Mike Connors while guest starring on "Mannix". This was Alcindor's Television Debut playing himself while being questioned by Detective Mannix. Alcindor was becoming a superstar and was expanding his brand in Hollywood. He would become a dominating Center and clutch team player. This 6 time MVP led the Lakers to 5 Championship with his infamous "Skyhook" shot which was the most unstoppable shot in NBA history. Alcindor  led the league as the NBA's Career Scoring Leader for 39 years and was labeled as one of the greatest players of all time.
