Contents: Steering column stalk with cruise control system controls, cruise control system wiring harness, connectors (x 2), cable ties and fitting instructions.

Cruise control helps the driver to maintain the set speed (at least 30 km/h) without having to press the accelerator pedal. This makes travelling less tiring. The speed can be set quite easily using the switch on the left-hand control lever below the steering wheel. The cruise control system for retrofitting has exactly the same functionality as optional equipment package 8T2, which is fitted as standard.

In order to activate cruise control in vehicles with manual transmission, the vehicle must be in second gear or higher.

In vehicles with automatic transmission, the gear selector lever must be in position D or S, or in the shift gate for sequential shifting.

Only suitable for vehicles with on-board computer controls but without a speed limiter .
