Achi is one of many 3-in-a-row placement games found around the globe. This version originated in Ghana, where it's often played by children using pebbles as game pieces. In India the game is called "Yih" and in the Phillipines it's called "Tapatan." Three-Men?s Morris can also be played on this board.

Choko is a traditional game from river republic of The Gambia with a familiar rule set, similar to Seega or Yote, but with its own unique personality. A nice 2-player challenge for your next game night.

Dara has been played by the Dakarkari people of Nigeria and by the Zarma in Niger, who call it "Dili." The objective is to form three-in-row patterns on the board, allowing you to remove an opponent's peg. It's a familiar goal, but with 12 pegs for each player, and 42 possible positions, many challenging strategies can be discovered. All moves are orthogonal, and restrictions on positioning pieces add to the challenge.

Felli is a classic 2-player strategy game from Morocco where the goal of each player is to capture all your opponent's pieces or stalemate by immobilizing their pieces. Movement is one space per turn and captures are made by short jumps, like checkers, draughts, or alquerques. Felli is a quick game of strategy and tactics, and a series of games can be played in a short time.

Queah, from Liberia, is a 2-player jump-and-capture game of the kind found in every culture as far back as recorded history. The game is identified with the Queah tribe, and has no other name than that.

Yoté is a strategy boardgame played by people from all walks of life in Senegal, Mali and Burkina Faso due to its fast pace and surprising turnarounds. It is related to the game Choko, which is played on a 5x5 martix. It emerged over 200 years ago from the Fulani, a traditionally nomadic pastoral people who live across West Africa.
