My partner bought these compression socks to wear with tall adventure touring boots. Unfortunately he's not a good candidate for compression socks due to an underlying condition. After trying them once he decided they felt too tight for him. 

The size chart says they are for size 12.5+ (EU 48) but it would seem from the reviews they are comfortably worn by men with size 10 feet. I'm a size 8.5 in men's sizing and I put them on and thought they were snug. 

He bought two pairs for $60 each, this listing is for both. 

Both pairs have been washed in warm water with wool detergent and dried on a rack inside and are ready to wear.
