Artix-7 DDR3 XC7A35T Core Board A7 FPGA Development Board for Users to Finish DIY Projects
Hardware characteristic parameters of XC7A35T core board:
- FPGA: XC7A35T-1FGG484C;
- FPGA external clock source frequency: 50MHz;
- Onboard IS25LP128 SPI Flash chip, 16MB storage capacity;
- Onboard 256MB DDR3 memory for Micron. Its model number is MT41K128M16JT-125:K;
- The core board provides a 3.3V power supply for FPGA operation, using TPS563201 for TI and enabling wide-range input DC/DC;
- There are two rows of 64p, 2.54mm pitch connectors, which can be used for external 24-bit TFT LCD screen, CYUSB3014 USB3.0 module, high-speed ADC acquisition module, CMOS camera module, etc.;
- The chip's 2-way buttons are used for testing;
- The chip's 4-way LED light is used for testing;
- The JTAG port of the chip adopts a single row of 6p, 2.54mm pitch pin header;

- The core board provides 108pcs IOs which are processed at equal length. The IO voltage of BANK34 and BANK35 can be adjusted by 0 ohm resistors to adapt to external IO levels, such as 1.8V LVDS high-speed ADC signals, 2.5V Gigabit Ethernet PHY, etc.
