They have been sanded, rust/dirt removed, cleaned well, primered and painted black. Which is why the copper color no longer shows on the bearing areas. They had paint loss, rusting, mostly surface, some slight pitting in small areas when we got them. Hinges move very well and are very sturdy. They are both marked Stanley SW BB1457. This listing is for a set of 2 matching hinges, there are 2 sets available. Overall length is 27", 24" long measuring just the strap section.
