Please note due to delivery problems we no longer use Hermes. We use a reliable courier for large purchases and Royal Mail for smaller

Our postage costs include a cost for packing materials but where possible we use recycled materials to keep costs down

If you require your purchase for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We may make an extra charge if express postage is required

All our items are catalogued and photographed if your item should arrive damaged you will need to send us photographic evidence so that we can claim on our insurance policy. Compensation for damage in the mail can only be provided after return if the damaged item
