No date code and 151BCD so pre 1968 but the flatter profile and boxier arms put it around 1962
Comes with 48t 3/32" worn road chainring, its pretty worn down but was stored there. Were going through boxes of stuff put aside for builds that never happened
Lots of scratches and wear, no major damage though, a good candidate for polish
