They were made in the 1980s,which is important as Bausch & Lomb sold Ray-Ban in 1999;today Ray-Bans are no longer made in America or with these lenses.
They were made by American optic specialist Bausch & Lomb.
Both lenses are engraved BL near the hinges
They were probably made in the 1980s

On the tip of arm inscribed W1903 WTAW
LEFT ARM INSCRIBED: WAYFARER ELITE
Ray-Ban metal logos on both arms near the hinges from outside
This a pair of original American “WAYFARER SPORT ELITE ”sunglasses with reflective,Bausch and Lomb G15 glass lenses
The Bausch & Lomb G-15 lenses block 88% of visible light and 100 of UV light.
OVERALL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
LENSES SHOWS LIGHT SCRATCHES/IMPERFECTIONS
LIGHT SCRATCHES ON ARMS WHICH JUST MAY VISIBLE ON STRAIGHT LIGHT EVEN CAMERA STRUGGLING TO CATCH THEM
OVERALL VIEW IS VERY MUCH WITHIN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
The superficial scratching on the outer surface and lenses of the WAYFARER ELITE does not, in my view affect wearability, and indeed I used these myself in challenging light (in the cockpit, at high altitude) and had no problems with them

On the inside the arms are marked Wayfarer ELITE
on one arm along with B&L Ray Ban U.S.A W1903 WTAW
The lenses have a green view with the Bausch and Lomb BL initials etched into the lenses
In addition, while designed primarily for smart casual dress wear these are equally ideal for driving or holiday wear and when worn offer a medium weight yet snug fitting well balanced feel.
The lenses are made from mineral G-15 glass and carry the BL logo etched on each lens.
These sunglasses are the ultimate style statement, for those who like to be unique. As the original Ray Ban slogan stated:-
