We open up the battery ( very difficult to do without specialist knowledge and easy to ruin ) and replace the lock and put it back together again.
The new lock comes with 2 keys.
Check your voltage before you send it as shown.
You need to send us your battery at your cost and risk and organise return postage.
N.b. Sending lithium batteries by normal couriers is very difficult and can breach terms and conditions and safety rules so please ensure your courier is aware and you are fully compliant with their instructions.

We do not just sell the parts on their own.
The battery must be free of the frame support and not have the security screw still attached. If we have to remove the security bolt from the battery and frame support we charge another £60.
