Terms & Conditions: We guarantee Original product in open box condition. You will be getting your packages in a safe shipping boxes covered with peanuts to protect the actual product box. We test all the open box units for quality control and all of the products must be sealed in the packaging boxes during shipment. If there is a problem and you are experiencing any technical or installation difficulties please contact us before leaving any feedback or attempting to dispute the charges. 

Important Educational Points: We have some unique products that you might not find in any store inside of U.S.A and that is why most people like to buy from our store because we have more European options for our customers. 99.9% of our phones are GSM Unlocked and they work with different providers and some of the features like internet browser, text messaging, or MMS messaging features might NOT WORK or NOT ACTIVATED which is not the phone problem. some providers are simply not compatible with Unlocked phones and that is not the phone problem.

Return Policy:  if you are experiencing technical problems with the unit, please make sure to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue by communicating with you online. Usually based on experience, most of the problems are accessory issues or setting issues which we can simply resolve those, but if there are cases that the problem is from the product itself then we will ask you to please fill out the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) form and send the unit back for repair or replacement. The Return shipping fee is on Buyers. please check the unit carefully before you return the item because sometimes we get unnecessary returns from customers because of setting issues and we have no other choice to charge customer to return the phone back to them. 

we offer 2 weeks time to check the product to make sure it works fine before you return it to us, so please make sure DO NOT REMOVE plastic protections from the units during the first two weeks unless you are 100% sure that you will keep the unit because we have limited warranty on our products and our supplier requires us to return the units in the same condition that was received, so please make sure to communicate with us as soon as you get the item. If you have purchased a wrong phone or you don't like the unit for any reason, you can send it back for refund Less 15% Restocking Fee and The Shipping fee is NOT Refundable. For factory technical problems and replacements we DO NOT CHARGE customers unless there are unnecessary returns or item abused by customers. You have 30 days to return any item that has technical issues in order to be eligible for repair or replacement. WE DO NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGES caused by customers or during shipments and if customer returns a damaged item we will charge reasonable fees for repair or replace the damaged part based on factory requirements.

Customs and Duties: Customs and duties are your responsibility, we are not paying for any custom charges and the international shipping fees are NOT INCLUDED those charges.We only use USPS Express mail shipment to our international buyers.

Payment Policy: We accept payment via e-check through paypal but if you choose this option you have to understand that usually it takes 5 to 7 business days for paypal to clear your e-check and we will not be able to ship your product until the payment is cleared.

Shipping Policy: Please don’t request to ship the item to a different address than your paypal account address because we are required by paypal to only ship the item to paypal verified address, so if you have a wrong address on your paypal account, please fix the address before making any payments.
