The Ordering Process

2. Provide Information: After making your purchase, send us a message or email with all the necessary information you want on the stone, including the picture and text. We will contact you promptly after your purchase and share our contact information for ease of communication. For the best results, please provide the highest quality picture you have and specify any preferences you may have regarding text style or layout.

3. Design Approval: We will create a custom-designed COMPUTERIZED proof based on your provided information. This proof will be emailed to you for your approval. Please note that what you see on the proof is precisely what will be engraved on the stone. We do not proceed with engraving until we receive your explicit approval.

4. Production and Delivery: Upon receiving your approval, we will begin the engraving process. Your monument will be meticulously engraved, carefully packed, and shipped via Priority Mail. The duration of this process can vary from a few days to up to a week, depending on your promptness in approving the design.
