This Jeep toy is made by Tonka. Circa 1960s.

 It is pink and white striped. The body is metal and the survey and interior (seats etc) is a heavy plastic. It has fringe around the top of the canopy.  

Im describing this as excellent condition from what ive seen on this app almost all are missing pieces (spare tire or surrey top) There is no rust. The top is undamaged/bent. Some slight paint scratches. The biggest sign of age is the removable plastic seat. It has some paint discoloration and scratches.  The front seat do not look like this.

Ive illustrated two spots. A white spot on the rear fender and sticky residue on the surrey top. These both appear to be cleanable. I am not cleaning this piece because I am not familiar with antique toys and do not want to damage it. I have wiped with a cloth. These two spots do seem to come off. If you want to purchase and have me try to remove let me know. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing.

 SOLD AS IS! This an apx 60 year collectible  toy in excellent but not perfect condition. As far as provenance goes I am not sure where this came from, I've always had it (b1971) despite it being older than me.  It wasn't really played with but kept on shelf.
