We do not charge extra on our postage and packaging fees. Your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 days of dispatch and can be tracked from collection by you. We aim to dispatch your item within 48 hours. The postage cost quoted will cover most of the UK, however some parts of Scotland, N.Ireland, Highlands and off the coast of England are not covered by Hermes at these rates. If your address could possibly fall in any of these areas please contact us before buying so we can check the postage cost is not different for you, to prevent any problems after a sale is completed. We will do all we can to help. 

If payment is received before 9pm we will do our best to ensure your parcel will be dispatched the next morning. Please make payment within 24hrs of purchasing. Any questions please ask, you should receive a response the same day.

Proof of postage is always obtained and parcels sent via Hermes are tracked.
