Open the pouch by hand and remove the Cura-Heat pack, peel away the paper strip, adhere to the underwear/clothing over the painful area.

Safety Warning

Do not use if you are diabetic or on areas of bruising or swelling. If you have poor circulation, rheumatoid arthritis or you are pregnant consult your doctor to determine if heat will be helpful. Do not apply directly to the skin.
