This is a nearly-impossible to find plush made by FAO Schwarz. The challenge is figuring out exactly what it is. The typical deer fawns from FAO Schwarz have spots. The coloring is different as this one is solid while the typical deer from Schwarz has a white underside. Also look at the difference in the ears. We even contacted FAO Schwarz and they couldn't identify it. We think it may have been made through the company's partnership with the American Museum of Natural History. If that's true, we think it may be an elk calf.

We originally found this treasure alongside a larger size (mom and baby). When we returned, only the smaller was available. We couldn't leave it abandoned. Now, we're hoping it finds the perfect home.

This sweet baby measures 11 inches long and sits around 8 inches tall.
