It was difficult to find information surrounding this jersey, however upon looking at the name "Warnecke" in HockeyDB on the Peissenberg TSV team, it seems that the only player of that namesake to have ever played on the team was Florian Warnecke, for a short time in the 1997-98 season. That makes it easy to date the jersey, at least. Not much for photos of the team from the time either, rather a rare find.
