Very nice original Halloween noisemaker in used condition selling as is please review all pictures to see the condition this is about a 100 years old so it’s not perfect but I would say in better than average condition. No returns so make sure you look at the condition before you purchase. I did not put my mouth on it for sound so no idea on sound looks like it’s complete but do not know for sure.
