This is an open box Amazon return. Box is beat up. Unit appears to be new however missing some basic hardware pieces. Please review pics for best condition description. All main components are there but a washer and "hitch pin R clip" are missing from the hardware pack that broke open. I red X'd the missing pieces on the manual picture. This should be no big deal for someone that knows what they are doing. Upon research I could not locate this piece sold separate from the sprayer kit so I'm guessing this was ment to go with the spray tank and hose etc.. All not included. This piece would be a good trailer replacement to a full kit or if someone already has the tank and sprayer and wanted the trailer.
