Returns must be made within 7 days from purchase.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

We aim to dispatch items within 24 working hours of payment being received, items will normally be sent by royal mail 1st class Recorded unless otherwise stated, heavy bulky items will be sent by courier (TNT)(UPS}{DHL}(DHL)(HERMES). All tracking details can be provided upon request. Items purchased after 12.00pm on a Friday will be sent on the Monday (except on bank holidays where it will be sent on the Tuesday). No item sent out on Saturdays. All postage and package charges include the cost of packaging materials and labour included, not just the cost of postage. All items are wrapped to a good standard. PLEASE CHECK THE ITEM BEFORE THE DELIVERY PERSON HAS LEFT AND IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON THEIR FORM. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful claim should there be a need. If your item has been damaged during transit this must be taken up with the courier. Additional insurance can be taken out on any item at an additional cost.
