Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops are a treatment for allergy symptoms in your eyes. If you have an eye allergy that causes watery, red, irritated eyes, these eye drops can help to relieve your symptoms and help you feel more comfortable. They’re easy to use and get to work quickly, helping to ease irritation and relieve perennial allergic conjunctivitis.

How to use the product:

Before using these eye drops you should wash and dry your hands. 
Remove the cap from the bottle of drops. 
Tilt your head back and use your other hand to gently pull down on your lower eyelid, creating a gap between your eye and eyelid. 
Gently squeeze the bottle of Opticrom eye drops to deposit 1 - 2 drops into the gap below your lower lid, then close your eye to spread the drops evenly across its surface. 
Use a tissue to wipe away any excess drops from around your eye. 
For best results, use 1 - 2 drops in each eye four times a day.

Ingredients:

The solution contains : 2.0% w/v of the active substance, sodium cromoglicate.
The other ingredients are : disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride and purified water

Side effects:

Like all medications, Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. 
These symptoms include: 
  • Symptoms of an allergic reaction to the drops, e.g. itching, redness, or swelling getting worse .
  • Stinging or burning sensations in your eyes or blurred eyesight immediately after applying the drops. 
  • This will usually pass quite quickly .
  • Mild eye irritation If you experience these or any other side effects while using this product you should speak to a doctor right away. 

Hazards and cautions:
Do not use Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops if you are allergic to sodium cromoglicate or any of the other listed ingredients. 
This product is for use in the eyes only, do not swallow. 
If you accidentally use more than the recommended dose you should speak to your doctor right away. 
Store in a cool, dry place which is below 30 degrees C. 
Keep the bottle of drops inside the original packaging to protect from light. 
Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. 
Once opened use within 4 weeks. Keep out of sight and reach of children. 
This product is a medicine; make sure to speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have an underlying medical problem or are taking any other medicine or complementary therapy. 
If your symptoms get worse or continue after taking this product, contact us or your doctor. 
If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor or our pharmacist before taking this product. 
If you suffer from any allergies, ask your doctor or our pharmacist if this medicine is right for you. 
Store all medicines out of sight and reach of children.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
