Sellers can't see what is in your Basket, only what has gone through Checkout and generates an "Order Details" record for the seller/buyer to see, so you need to actually commit to buying your order on Ebay - please don't ask for me to invoice you for items without placing an actual Order, it's against the rules to go "off Ebay" for sales and generating an invoice for items that haven't gone through Ebay's Checkout is exactly that, LOL.

Please send a "Contact Seller" Message if you need more information, me or my Marvellous Mailing Minion, Mary, will get back to you as soon as we can - it gets busy with listing & wrapping and we generally post 6 days a week

If you want to buy multiple items and they have a postage value (not free p&p), please request a combined p&p invoice before you pay; there's an automatic p&p discount applied at Checkout for multiple items purchased in one transaction. The combined p&p reduction doesn't show in the Basket but Multi-buy discounts are shown. Multi-buy discounts prevent you from Requesting a Total, I believe, so you can message me after purchase if the p&p is way-off and I'll do what is appropriate.

If a listing does not have any postage options other than Second Class, ask me for quicker postage to be added to the listing beforehand if you can.  A message after ordering and not offering to pay for more expensive postage is not the most friendly message for sellers to receive, you understand.  I post "Signed For" (at my discretion) for parcels of higher value or those which are too big to go through a letterbox and may end up at a sorting office. There is a Proof of Posting receipt for every package; Signed For tracking codes will be added after items are marked as dispatched. Bear with us in busy seasons, we take packages to the Post Office for processing before the daily Royal Mail collection(s) and can’t do better than that! 

If your item is taking a long time to arrive, please contact your local sorting office (a depot or a post office) and message me through Ebay "Contact Seller" before opening a Case. The Royal Mail have been inconsistent lately in different parts of the country but I am not a fearsome so ‘n’ so, there's no need to worry that I will moan at you about delays, refunds or replacements - this is a business that relies upon a separate postal carrier company, sometimes stuff happens : )

The same goes for Feedback - if you are unhappy about something, TELL ME! We can fix any problems quickly after getting a Message but can't do much to sort it out to everyone's satisfaction if the first I know is a Neutral or Negative Feedback and a snarky, passive-aggressive comment (it's a shame but it can happen, disappointment can make people grumpy LOL)

Please don't try to contact me outside of Ebay about sales: it's against the rules to share personal details, I won't be looking for random correspondence via email and we both need Ebay to be able to read our conversations for Buyer & Seller Protection, should the need arise : ). Please don't take offence if you are a genuine charity representative, but I also don't respond to any requests to send out freebies!

This might be a faceless online Shop but we do our best to provide great customer service and make every transaction a pleasurable experience : )
