This is a cobalt blue and white bowl by Doulton Burslem, and I think it dates around 1891-1903, or 1920's, but I am not an expert so am not sure.
It is decorated around the sides in the Willow pattern.
The base is stamped with "Doulton Burslem England Willow Made in England".
It is about 8.7" diameter and 4" tall, and weighs 980 gms.
