Elegant glass 7 point star. This has a very old picture,  so it was probably used as a mourning picture frame. It can also be used as a paperweight.  If the picture is removed,  it does become a magnifying glass.  The edges of the points are beveled.  There is paint loss on the bottom, in the leaf design. There is some damage.. see photos.
