This is a small, but very powerful and popular coreless motor, measuring 10x15 mm with a shaft on each side. It is running very smooth and slow at a low voltage. Works straight on 12V, a resistor is not needed. 

The adapter is so to use this motor with worms and gears with the common diameter of 1.5 mm.

If you are unfamiliar with the Tramfabriek coreless motor, you'll be surprised how capable they are. Excellent for use in the scales from N gauge to OO.

Unique to the Tramfabriek motor are the screw holes, for those who need to mount their motor to a bracket. These are suitable for 1.2 mm in diameter screws. Screw depth maximum 1mm. Or you can, like many do, just glue the motor in place with epoxy glue.
