a lot of people asked me about that, before that i didn't even know about this issue, i contacted AFA with the serial number and they confirmed that this particular figure was graded by them. Every figure graded by AFA is considered to be legitimate and at the same time any figure graded by them can also be a fake one as there is no proof to prove it. All that said, i really don't know if this figure has anything to do with toy toni or not, so i would recommend everyone who has concerns about it to ask AFA about it, the serial number of the grading is on the picture or ask any other expert who was sitting there with toy toni while the fake ones were produced, other than that there are only theories out there on the internet about which figure is real and which is not with no real evidence to prove anything.

update:

i did some more research, unfortunately i still could not find any information if this figure is a toy toni one, but i did found that toy toni managed to get hundreds of figures ( hundreds in total, not hundreds of this figure ) graded by AFA in a time period of 20 years, so if somehow it could be possible to prove that this figure is one of those hundreds figures which slipped through AFA, this could be one of the few hundreds which made history by even fooling the hardcore collectors and even AFA, which would make this figure even more rare than a real factory sealed one's as there were hundreds of thousands if not more which were produced by the factory, but only very few maybe or maximum of 10+ of this figure which were toy toni sealed ones, so i will be very happy to get any proof if this one is not a real factory sealed one :)

2nd update:

some people contacted me again and claimed that this is probably a toy toni one and wanted to get it for a lower price, so even if this is a toy toni one, please don't contact me to get a lower price as i have no intentions to sell it immediately, as mentioned before if it really is a toy toni one and it did managed to slip through AFA and somehow it could possibly proven to be a toy toni one, i would list it as a toy toni one with an even higher price
