Preowned with minimal wear.  Minimal wear includes, but is not limited to, where applicable:

Visible or minimal tiny scratches, slight metal discoloration, missing or cloudy stones, tarnished metal or stones that may need cleaning and/or polishing.

Because the item is preowned, I recommend that the item be disinfected and/or cleaned before use.  This applies for items that may be new as well.
