Installation guidelines:

• Screw on to the bottle, as you would a regular bottle cap.  Do not use on damaged bottles.  
• Pump several times until bottle feels firm.  
• Do not over-pump, or irreversible damage to the pump can occur. 
• Do not store bottles with fizz keepers on them upside down.
• Not a toy.
• Does not work with glass bottles.

^Does not recover a flat beverage.  Unfortunately, once a drink goes flat, you cannot 're-inflate' it with this device, as it does not provide CO2.  It only helps prevent CO2 from leaking out.
