For UK mainland delivery is free and for outside UK mainland (Chanel Islands, Highlands / Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) are some costs.

To request a return, an exchange, or refund, please email us. Stating your reason of return and attach images/video of the product. Once your request is approved, we may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).
We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our mistake. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your the original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Returned Products:
- For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance for any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return. We will require images and/or video of the product as well as the package box. We also need the identification code of the product.
Defective Item:
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem, please contact us before returning the item.
Item Damaged during Transit:
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us within 5 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
In the unlikely event your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation.
We're sorry, but we do not honor product exchange requests. If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests.
If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies.
