4. eBay orders only support online payment. Please place your order and complete the payment online before choosing self-pickup at our store.

6. By choosing self-pickup, you agree to assume all responsibility for the products once they have been released to you. Any damages or losses that occur during transportation or after pickup will be your sole responsibility.

If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the
return. We will NOT collect this or cover the cost of return.
You will need to notify our customer service team via messaging service within 7 days.
Please note we do NOT provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.
Please note refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any
damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.

Please DO NOT book any plumbers/builders until you have received and checked your item.
Please note we DO NOT reimburse cost of installation/fitting. If you have installed your product and have
then realized fault we will not cover or reimburse the cost of this, as we state everything must be checked
over before booking in works.
