Overview:
For sale is ONE (1) 7800FR frame with 11 cards installed. Overall in very good working & cosmetic condition. Frame comes with 2 power supplies, 7800FC frame controller card complete with CM-2 sub board and (10) ASI/SD/HD/3G 1x7 video DA cards. Frame has minor scratches, dings on the chassis. Because we have a quantity of these, appearances may vary, but condition is guaranteed to be better or equal to pictured sample. Serial numbers are unique to each unit sold and may be different from one depicted in the photos - we record all serial numbers of all items shipped. Description:
Standard features of all 7800 series multi frames include dual frame genlock providing stable reference signal across the internal bus to all installed modules which minimizes the cost spent on genlock distribution, global frame status alarming to provide quick alert to operations in the event of a failure, and interchangeable modules between all frames (both processing module and companion rear plate).
The 7800FC VistaLINK® Frame Controller card provides a single point of access to communicate with VistaLINK®-capable modules. The 7800FC VistaLINK® Frame Controller provides a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-TX Ethernet port and communication is facilitated using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
The 7700DA7-3G reclocking distribution amplifiers provide inexpensive distribution of your SMPTE ST 424, ST 292-1 and SMPTE ST 259-1 serial digital video signals at rates of 3GB/s, 1.5GB/s and 270MB/s. The DA supports all other all other SMPTE ST 344-1, SMPTE ST 259-1, SMPTE ST310-1 and DVB-ASI data rates in a non-reclocked mode (540MB/s, 360MB/s, 143MB/s, and 19.4MB/s). Ideal in applications where a large quantity of outputs is required, the DA features an auto-equalized input with seven isolated reclocked outputs. The 7700DA7-3G occupies one card slot and can be housed in the 1RU 7801FR frame which holds up to four single or two dual slot modules, the 3RU 7800FR frame which has a 15 slot capacity, the portable 3RU 350FR frame which has a 7 slot capacity, or a standalone enclosure which holds a single module.
