          UK (Domestic), Will usually be 2^nd class “Letter” or “Small Parcel” service.

• We will obtain a “Proof of Posting” but the package will not normally be a tracked service
• We may, at our discretion, elect to use a “tracked” mail or courier service and/or require the letter or parcel to be “signed for” on delivery.

          International, Will usually be “International Standard Letter” (untracked but with “Proof of Posting) or  International Tracked “Small Parcel” service

• Where possible buyers can select an ‘economy untracked’ option as an alternative. Delivery periods (and claims) usually take longer.
• All taxes, levies, surcharges, VAT, customs duty or import charges (as well as any Customs restrictions) are the buyers responsibility & liability.  

         All Postage & Packing (UK and International)

• Refunds will be limited to any amounts we recover from Royal Mail (or alternative mail/courier service) in the event of breakage or loss.

• Postage refunds in any other circumstances are limited to the UK domestic rate we would charge for this item – if not recovered from Royal Mail or courier service.
• Buyers are to pay for the postage on all items returned to us for a refund and must contact us before returning any item.

         Medium and Large Parcels over 2kg (up to 15kg)
         We will post or courier “Medium or Large” parcels and those over 2 kg, after consideration of the various courier and postal service options.    
         If possible, we will use Royal Mail for UK destinations and the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) for single items to international destinations. 
         In all other instances, we will agree a postage & packing price for the consignment with the purchaser and invoice accordingly.
