This model seems to be almost identical to the Spanish "Heraldo" 1960-1970 telephone model (which is also based on the Bell Telephone "assistent" model).

However there is no stamp from Spanish or Belgium phone company on it, I presume it is the (almost) same model fabricated for the office market (non residential).

Great collectors item / decorative / theatre attribute  ..

I have tested on my Belgian landline, incoming call , ringing works and call can be answered (outgoing call not tested) , dial turns freely.  

I cannot guarantee it will work on your landline / in you country & since it is a vintage object, no guarantee on future use or working.
