Bleach Kurosaki Ichigo Figure Accessory Head Sculpt

I’m not a collector and have very little knowledge around this part so please review the photos carefully. I’m hoping a collector can find this head useful and will know everything about it. I found it in a bag at the bottom of a toy box I purchased and didn’t want to throw them away.

I’m also hoping my description is accurate and would appreciate any feedback if I’ve listed this incorrectly. My guess is the head would fit a 6 in or slightly bigger figure?
