drawing and printing at the state department of measurement and maps, according to administrative boundary survey documents, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Comittee in October 1976.

This map has been dressed 3 months after the July 2, 1976. This day, following the end of the Vietnam War and the victory of the communist forces of the North, Saigon is renamed Ho Chi Minh City.
