Payment must be made within 5 days of the 'Auction' or 'Buy it now' ending. Items not paid for will be re-listed and a Non-paying bidder alert will be filed against you. Please see below for accepted methods of payment.

Shipping

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched usually the same day, as long as we receive cleared payment before 2pm.

The items are always on stock and ready to be sent. The shippment is going to be made right after the payment is done and an E-mail confirmation is going to be sent to the buyer. The registered air mail can be tracked online.

Do you do combined shipping?

We do combine shipping. You only pay the first item, each additional is free.
Please send us an ebay message letting us know when you've finished shopping and we'll send you a combined invoice.

How long delivery takes?

Delivery usually takes 5-6 business days, rarely more. If you don't receive your item within 10 days, please email us and we will find the best solution for you.

Do you offer a return policy?

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase please let us know.
You can return your item in its original condition and in original box and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers refunds (excluding original postage paid) or exchanges for items returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside the EU the parcel must be clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS'.
