The refund or exchange will not be processed until the item has been received by PhoneCycle Pty Ltd and tested. The guarantee will not cover any device damaged by the user, such as water damage or drops. The guarantee will be null and void if the customer attempts to repair the device. If a customer returns the item due to change of mind, the customer will pay for the delivery of the return. Warranty All devices sold come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers functional defects, where if faulty, we will either repair or replace the mobile device. If that's not sufficient, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the device. Please note, our warranty conditions exclude faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used, such as water damage or drops.
