Shipping

1. Your order will be sent on the same business day if you order before 2pm once payment is confirmed.

    orders after 2pm will be sent the next business day.

2. ALL orders are sent by AU POST, which will usually be received in 3-7 business days

 

Please note that these days Australia Post is taking a lot more time to deliver the packages, therefore kindly allow us 2-4 working days extra if any delay will happen and your order arrival estimated delivery date passed, unfortunately. Australia Post Delivery timeframe is beyond our control, so kindly bear with us and I wish you can receive this package sooner.

Return & Replacement

 

1. Item must be returned within 30 days after received.

2. Return postage fee is buyer's responsibility (not refundable) unless you were shipped with different product from what you ordered.

3. Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

    If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

 

Warranty

1. We offer Full year warranty starting from the purchase date.

2. Warranty does not cover any physical, liquid damage, and any software related issues.

3. Return postage is at buyers own cost, not refundable.
