Looks to be handmade. Childs size. Perfect for theatre, Halloween, or dress up. Similar to the Disney/ Johnny Depp style.

The 10/6 portion of the hat does have a line across it that looks like it’s from hot glue. I tried to peel it off in some areas but seemed to make it worse so I left it alone. Adds to the character though!

Majority of the hat is felt. The 10/6 portion is foam. A bit of iridescent fabric on brim of hat
