I bought this on a whim from Amazon in 2013 for just over £84 - it is now £123 (recommended £150).  I do not recall ever opening it.

It is monumentally heavy (tipping 7.8 kg or 17+ pounds on my bathroom scales).  That is why it is collection only - I have no idea about how to ship something like this.

The book is enclosed in a cardboard carry case with handle.

To ensure a sale I am selling it for £50 only, preferably in cash.  A used copy from Amazon is £93.

I live in Hertford, north of London and accessible via the A10 off the M25.  Hertford also has two railway stations.
