Vintage cast iron wall heat vent, thick white chippy paint with green showing through and some bits of metal showing through at random, 9 1/2" x 11 1/2". The back has shallow raised rim lines to fit an opening of 7 3/4" x 9 3/4". Lever in the middle raises and lowers.
