Awesome vintage 80s dress by EXPO. All season wear. Black background with green, yellow, pink and purple floral in a slightly stretchy cotton blend. Elbow length puff sleeves, scoop neckline and back zip. Fantastic v-waistline to a full circle skirt. This versatile dress could go feminine or grungy depending on how you style it. The size tag has been cut but fits my size 4 mannequin perfect.
