Introduction: The Grumman F-14 Tomcat is a dual seater, dual engine, supersonic, and multi-purpose carrier based fighter developed by Grumman Corporation (now Northrop Grumman Corporation) in accordance with the requirements of the US Navy's fleet air defense and escort in the 1970s and 1980s, used to replace the Navy's F-4 Ghost.
