Rose Hills Cemetery Plot/Interment Right in a Single Plot (Convertible).

As the largest cemetery in North America, Rose Hills Memorial Park offers a diverse selection of exclusive, beautiful cemetery properties to select the perfect location for you/your loved one to rest, now or in the future.  It has beautifully maintained grounds, with professional staff to assist you with all your needs, for advanced planning or the immediate need for the perfect resting place for your loved one.  This offering is for a single plot with interment rights for one person. Still, it can be converted to double deep internment (2 vaults, 2 caskets) or double interment (1 vault for 1 casket +1 urn), or 2 urns in a specially designed smaller vault at the time of ownership transfer in front of a Title Administrative Specialist at Rose Hill Memorial Park Administration Office.  The buyer is responsible for the transfer fee of $400 and the current supplemental endowment fee (now approximately $1300 and subject to change by Rose Hills) to maintain the beauty of the memorial park for the future, all payable to Rose Hills Memorial Park at the time of ownership transfer.

The fee to convert the single interment right into a double deep/double interment right is $6,552, payable to Rose Hills Memorial Park when the transfer is completed.  Rose Hills is currently offering a 7-year, no-interest payment plan, with a 10% down payment.  (Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Rose Hills.)

SPECIAL NOTICE: I have more updated information on the Rose Hills fees payable at the time of the transfer of the plot: TRANSFER FEE remains at $400 and the ENDOWMENT FEE is $1430 for the specific plot that I have for sale. These fees are separate from the sale price and are payable directly to Rose Hills when the transfer documents are signed. To confirm the exact amount of Rose Hills fees, you should contact Rose Hills Memorial Park at 562-692-1212, enter extension 6246 to reach Angela in the Transfer Department and she can answer all your financial questions.

**The gravesite is on the Sunset Lawn, Section 8, Lot 1443, Plot 3. This is in the original part of Rose Hills Memorial Park and is in a sold-out section, below the Hillside Chapel. The entrance to this section of the park is through Gate 17 (turn left at the second street and as the street straightens out, in sight of the Hillside Chapel, the gravesite is on the left, 4-5 rows down from the street).**

Rose Hills' gravesite locator uses your phone's GPS to give you directions and guide you to the exact site when you enter the name of my grandfather, William Wrighton, and scroll down to the map and click on the directions link.
