Postage
Orders
are dispatched from our Melbourne based warehouses usually the next
business day after payment has been cleared. Orders may be delayed if a
non-compliant delivery address is provided or during busy Peak season.
Please refer to the estimated delivery date for when to expect your order to be delivered. Delivery dates are estimate only.
We
use Australia Post, Aramax, Toll, Hunter Express and Allied Express.
The delivery partner is automatically selected by our fulfilment centre
based on the item weight and delivery location.
Due
to health, safety and operational requirements, orders are unable to be
picked up. We are unable to offer any exceptions no matter how urgent
the order is.
Warranty
Unless otherwise noted, items come with a 12 month warranty.
In
the unlikely event where your order is received damaged, faulty or
missing parts, please contact us first (do not open return requests!)
Please kindly provide clear photos or video to
demonstrate the issue.
If
your order becomes faulty within the warranty period, please provide
photo or video as noted above. We will assess the information available
and provide a resolution.
Returns and Change of Mind
As
noted above, if a order is received damaged, faulty or missing parts,
please contact us first (do not open return requests!). We will work
with you to provide a resolution. Sometimes returning an order does not
provide the best resolution.
We
offer 30 day returns for change of mind after order delivered. If you
wish to return your order as you've changed your mind, ordered by
mistake, found better price etc (COM), please provide a photo of the
item in unopened and unused condition.
COM
returns will be refunded minus 15% restock fee (which covers our
administration and original postage costs). If the item has been used or
wrong item returned, we reserve the right to make further adjustments
to the refund.
As
orders are dispatched from an automated fulfilment centre, orders may
only be cancelled within the first hour of placing an order. If we are
able to cancel your order before the fulfilment centre has processed
your order then full refund will be issued, otherwise COM conditions
above apply.
