·       I would appreciate payment or communication of intentions within 3 days.   I welcome friendly contact to none at all. I have set the Resolution Centre to automatically issue unpaid items procedures fairly promptly.  I don’t know if I can interfere once started.  Please make it easy for us both by paying on time.

·       I am happy to combine postage where possible.

·       Payments, other than direct debit,are mostly cleared immediately meaning I can post next day if convenient. Accounts not connected to a credit card have a 5 day wait.

·       I post within 3  business days of payment clearance, usually next day. I inform you if there are any delays.  

·       I use flat rate satchels, if possible, for tracking purposes or printed tracking postage,  and pack in recycled boxes and bubble wrap.
