We try and send all doors complete but sometimes due to the weight of the items we have to remove certain elements and therefore some doors could be sent bare. Please check with us if you require doors not to be sent bare.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next day (based on Monday-Friday as working days). Most items are sent with 48 hour couriers. However, if you need an order urgently please contact us first to make sure we can meet your delivery time. Please do not rely eBays delivery estimator as it can often be wrong and please note that for large items such as doors our couriers do not deliver on weekends.
