HOW I RATE THE COSMETIC CONDITION OF MY DISCS
Brand New Sealed : An item that is still sealed in the shrink wrap. A brand new item may have shelf wear like small scuffs or tears to the shrink wrap. You may see sticker residue on wrap.
Like New : I voluntarily do not use terms such as mint or like new since I believe they are misleading and can create unattainable expectations.
Very Good : it means that even though it has been used before, item has been well taken care of. It might still have minor signs of usage which can easily be overlooked but is still in overall very good shape. Any blemishes would be minor, such as shelf wear or few light scratches. This is the highest condition that I use since I do not believe "like new" can effectively describes pre-owned items.
Good : it means that the item has cosmetic details that are more or less noticeable without being important. There is more and visible scratches than in very good condition and you may see fingerprints or smudging on disc. You may also see some scuffs on case. Photos gives a better view of the exact condition. For exemple, common problems include stickers or sticker residue, noticeable wear, scratches on disc, etc. Those items still work and should satisfy users.
Acceptable : Visible scratching or smudging. You can instantly see the scratches when holding the disc, even if the disc has been polished. You may also see major tears on cover art/case or part of the case are missing. Still guaranteed to play without issue.
Rating is about the cosmetic condition. All discs are guaranteed to play. Contact me if you have any issues.
Here's some answers to the questions you might have:
Which discs are included?
Yes, all the discs are included unless otherwise noted in the title and/or in the listing.
Digital copy (disc or digital) are NEVER included. If you receive a code, it can be already used or expired. Only physical discs that are stated are included.
Are the slipcover/inserts or any additional item included?
You will receive any slipcovers or inserts that are photographed with the listing.
If the photos do not show slipcovers, inserts, or additional packaging materials, they are not included.
If more than one item is included, the title will state "Lot of..." (Example: Lot of 2 CDs) and you will see all the items included in the 1st photo.
What happen if the discs don't work properly?
They are guaranteed to play without issues unless the description says otherwise (Exemple: Item sold for parts).
All my discs are carefully inspected by me before being listed. Playback issues are super rare but if you receive a defective item contact me as soon as possible, I'll be glad to help and I will resolve any issues.
Why there is like a milky/cloudy pattern under some discs?
It's called an imperfect silver metalized reflective layer. It's from factory and it doesn't have any impact on usage or quality.
Will I receive the item on the photo?
I personally take photos for every item I sell.
Yes, you will receive the exact item you can see on the photos. Make sure to look at it, to be fully aware of its condition.
Everything you need to know about Shipping.
I'm working with a USPS partner called ChitChats Express, that's why you may have two tracking numbers.
They only bring my package to USPS so you'll receive your package via USPS.
Important things to know about shipping cost
I do not profit of shipping and eBay charges me fees on the shipping cost (fees are a % calculated on the total, including shipping).
Important to know: Free shipping does not really mean FREE shipping. It means "Shipping is included" as in "seller will pay for the shipping".
Total cost of shipping includes stamps, shipping supplies (bubble envelopes, wrap, labels, etc), insurance, taxes and fees from eBay.
